TECH-:This Chinese Supercomputer Taihulight Is Leading The Race Of Powerful Computational Machines And Holding The 1st  Rank As The World’s Fastest And Most Powerful Supercomputer. The Sunway Taihulight Supercomputer, Which Was Developed At The National Research Center Of Parallel Computer Engineering And Technology (NRCPC) And Is In Full Production Running Early-Stage Workloads At The National Super-computing Center In Wuxi, China.

 FACTS-:

• The TaihuLight is made up of 41,000 chips and each with 260 processor cores. This means total of 10,650,000 million cores which is extremely large. 
• American top machine (supercomputer) Titan has only 560,000 cores. 
• Tianhe-2(33-petaflops) uses 17.8 megawatts but TaihuLight uses 15.3 megawatts (14.8% less). 
• It is capable of performing about 93 quadrillion calculations per second. 
• It is five times more powerful than the speediest US system Titan, which is now ranked third worldwide.
• It is based on Linux operating system which is considered as the master of operating systems in the world of computers.
